Experience
Rudy Naranjo has had several successful diverse careers in aerospace and communications managing high profile programs at NASA, the U.S. Department of Defense and the private sector. Most recently he acted as executive international marketing consultant to the Inter-American Development Bank and the World Bank, promoting interactive Internet, data transmission, e-commerce and telemedicine via satellite in Latin America. Rudy is a recognized expert in the area of international wireless communication and its applications. He was founder and inspiration of the International Business and Consulting Engineers (INBUCOEN), a consortium promoting fix wireless, cellular projects and business opportunities between the U.S. and Latin America.

Dr. Masullo is a Co-Founder, President and CEO of inViVo Vision. She has over 35 years of experience in the telecommunications and technology industries, and spent the last 18 years at the IBM T.J. Watson Research Center as a Research Staff Member, the most senior research position in the organization.   Experience
While with IBM she was an executive-on-loan for two years at the National Action Council for Minorities in Engineering (NACME). Dr. Masullo has worked on numerous large-scale technology projects in the areas of artificial intelligence, expert systems, natural language processing, object oriented systems, digital libraries, electronic commerce and educational technology. She has served on various committees and expert panels at the National Research Council and has received numerous national and international awards for her work, including the prestigious Townsend Harris medal for contributions to society.
